I have always preferred to use an electric mower rather than petrol but been frustrated by the cable that I had to avoid. This carbon steel mower blade is made to last and is fully compatible with the Aerotek Cordless lithium ion Lawnmower. However what I noticed immediately about this product is that the cut it offers is consistent and very neat with very little effort. I find that I take a lot less time cutting the grass with this machine than previously with a cabled one and it is so easy to slip the battery into the machine and start to cut. I am now so confident with the product that I even offered to cut the neighbours front garden the other day because it joins hours, and he was perfectly happy with the results. While the majority of our nursery plants cope well with slight delays in intransit, sadly, the time it takes to deliver to certain locations in the UK means that we can't guarantee this for some of our smaller plug products and tender bedding and vegetable lines, which do not respond well to the extra journey time.Despite the larger grass box, the unit can fold down into a small enough size to fit into the shed or garage with little to no trouble.

Having wheels front and rear makes it more difficult to manouvre the mower, it would have been better if the rear wheels were a full width roller, this would not drop over the edge of the lawn. However, this could be seen as a good thing because the investment should be worthwhile; this is compounded by the two-year guarantee provided by the manufacturer. It’s amazing to find a product that gives me so much confidence I can compete with my cited neighbours at grass cutting.

Even though deleted reviews don't affect the average rating, the fact that action was taken to delete reviews raises some red flags about the integrity of the reviews for the product as whole. The instructions were easy to follow, the battery charged quite easily and quickly and in no time I was ready to go.

For example, in reviews we’ve provided before, the grass box capacity reaches 30 litres and maybe 40 litres but Aerotek extends this to 50 litres. This is within an acceptable range and it does not appear to be significantly affecting the overall rating for this product.
